Alphabet Sports Collective is exploring how to better reach, welcome, and support 2SLGBTQIA+ people in and around hockey communities across Canada.
You do not need to currently play hockey or be connected to Alphabet Sports Collective to complete this survey. We especially want to hear from people who are curious about hockey, used to be involved, have not felt welcome in hockey spaces, support hockey as fans, or are not sure whether hockey is for them.
Your responses will help shape future communications, community-building, events, digital spaces, and engagement opportunities. The survey should take about 15-20 minutes.
Every completed survey response will be entered into a draw for one of four $50 gift cards of your choosing. Note that to be entered into the draw we will require your name and email address. Your contact information will only be used for the purpose of the draw and will not be linked to your survey responses.
To be eligible to participate in this survey, you must:
• Live in Canada
• Identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ or be connected to 2SLGBTQIA+ communities
• Be interested in sharing your perspective on hockey, sport, recreation, community, or belonging
